Why cook?

I don't really know.

I'm not even a trained chef.

I'm a full time family Doctor.

I can only run a restaurant in my spare time away from the surgery. I'm the only person in the kitchen so the restaurant is necessarily small. I have of course to prepare everything from scratch myself. So I guess it must be some sort of obsession in a way.
